Wolf Plush Pattern by akireru Wolf Plush Pattern by akireru
This is the pattern I used for my Ookami plush.

I hope it's pretty clear, but if it's not, go ahead and ask away! I'll answer to the best of my capabilities. xD;
Anyways, this is free for you to use, just please give me credit, and note me when you're finished. I wanna see!
Oh, and to print this, open it in Photoshop, then select edit>;print preview, and under "Scaled Print Size," check "Scale Fit to Media". It should work without stretching the image =3.
At least I hope o_o"

As a tip though, sew this very carefully! Especially on the head/snout area, since that will directly influence how well the head is shaped once you turn it right side out.

Edit: I just tried printing it, and it does end up being a little smaller than my originals, but only by about 1/8-1/2 an inch, so you should be okay =D

Edit2: I've gotten this question, so let me state this clearly. I don't mind if you use my pattern, alter it, etc. Just give me a little note of credit if you're posting it somewhere.
And please DO NOT sell plush made from my pattern D'8. It's not fair to me xD;; Now, if you have editted the pattern so heavily that it barely resembles mine anymore, then you can use it for commercial purposes (like if you've made my pattern into.. I dunno... a dinosaur? Where it's totally different from the original canine pattern). If you're not sure if your new pattern is different enough from mine, give me a note, and I'll take a look at it =3.

THIS looks very awesome and I'm excited to try this pattern out. <: Your instructions are easy to understand so thank you thank you thank you for sharing this! <3 I'll be sure to show you my finished project with your pattern if I can sew it properly! XD I'm still very much a novice. Anyway, I'm hoping I can use this for experience building 8D So again thank you for sharing this because it helps poor newbies like me gain knowledge and experience in plushie-making without getting too frustrated about losing money with our mistakes. D: Fleece is already costly enough lol/
Uhg, sorry if it seems so smothering but YOU ARE AMAZING! XD

Hi, I really love your pattern, and I'm trying it out myself (this is the first time I've tried making a plushie), but after sewing it a little bit, I realized I wasn't sure how to get it right side out. So I was wondering where you suggest to start sewing first (ex. legs, head, etc.) and also when to turn it right side out. Sorry if this is a dumb question, I've never tried this kind of thing before and I haven't sewn anything in quite a few years XD I'd really appreciate your help ^^

I usually leave the belly open to turn right side out! It's not a dumb question :)

rhank you so much, this pattern is so easy to understand, way better than the one I tried to make a wolf out of(it's that jigsaw piece and so far it doens't look neat at all)

generally the more pieces a pattern has the better the final plush looks (in my opinion), BUT you gotta know how to put it together/have a lot of skill (more than I've got at least :) )

I took sewing at school so I make my own costumes and such, but this pattern is like an impossible jigsaw puzzle since it has no how to sew it together

you don't want people using your pattern for comercial sales, but what if they gave you say 10-20 percent of what they made selling it? Just thought i'd ask to see how you fell, i just want a wolf plush for my collection i don't need green paper in exchange for my hard work the end result is all i need.

I'd probably still be against it.

Only because it would be a real hassle to police that, figure out what percentage would be appropriate, how I'd get the money, etc. etc.
It's simpler to just say no, imo.

one last question how big does it need to be, what are the original demensions so i can make sure it will turn out bigger then the paw of my hand.

um... well I set it up so you could print this pattern on a single sheet of computer paper. The plushie itself is about.... 7 inches tall and 5 inches long, not including the tail.

i'll try taking it to a printing store and have it inlarged so it almost stands as tall as me. Then i can see how it turns out.
